Windermere East, Inc. want to make sure that their brokers are set up for success, and part of that is making sure that their transactions go as smoothly as possible. With every client, contract, and broker being unique, we have three levels of service to ensure we’re meeting your needs - and your clients, to the fullest!

TIER 1

Tier 1 is a complimentary service overseen by your office staff. After submitting your transaction, you will receive an email that includes a PDF of your Transaction Worksheet and Compensation Disbursement. For any further changes or revisions to your transaction, please communicate directly with your office staff.

TIER 2

Tier 2 is a fee service overseen by a Transaction Coordinator and includes an extended Paperless Pipeline file setup with form organization, contacts input, and timeline creation.

- $300/transaction -

TIER 3

Tier 3 is overseen by a fully integrated Transaction Coordinator involved in the transaction from Mutual Acceptance through Closing, managing all the behind the-scenes details and assisting you in performing your job to the fullest. If you need anything – just ask, we’re here to help!

Follow these handy tips to help you decide which tier to use...

Tier 1

Just the necessities...

- Good for transactions when the compensation may not offset the cost of Tier 2 or Tier 3

Tier 2

The necessities, plus a few extras...

-Better for transactions that are all cash, have no contingencies, a quick closing, or the buyer is a seasoned investor
- A new construction home with a long-term or multi-year closing (can be upgraded to Tier 3 near completion)
- A property with feasibility (can be upgraded to Tier 3 upon feasibility approval)

Major Tier 2 Differences
- No client interaction
- No transaction management after the initial timeline and file setup - we step back and you handle the rest

Tier 3

This is where we shine!

- Best for any and all transactions, big or small, buyer or seller, that deserves the highest level of client care and communication

- Any transaction that involves a lender, even if the financing contingency is waived
